Hmm...

The insurance documents that I posted off on Monday the 21st have failed to arrive at the insurance claims department (or so they claim). I am slightly irritated by this development, as it appears that getting money out of the department seems to be developing into a bit of a saga - but there is nothing that I can do about it, other than hope that the delay is caused by the fact that the parcel, whilst sent first class, was slightly misshapen, and thus might have to be dealt with by real people, rather than machines. The teeth are pretty much ok at present, but only because of the large doses of ibuprofen that I'm taking at regular intervals.

Aside from that, life is pretty good. Paupercon was most enjoyable and we've got house guests who have cooked for us on at least one occasion so far. Also, contrary to my previous comments as to the PS2, I went out & bought an eye-toy of my own & the sequel to champions of norrath, which I've been playing obsessively whilst I'm as high as a kite on painkillers. Life is good. And occasionally filled with butterflies.
