I don’t know what it is, but the routine of 3 square meals a day, spread out at 7:30am, 12:30 & 7pm, just doesn’t work for me. This last week in particular has been incredibly difficult, with me having to force myself to simply avoid all food from 4pm, as I find that I’m shaking from hunger! When I’m like this, then, at the first scent of food, its as though there’s blood in the water & then red mist time…
Last night, C & I ate a (very nice) meal at 7pm, but at 9, I was back sharking around the kitchen, eyeing up biscuits, pieces of bread and salivating about the prospect of pizza.
Ok, after several hours resistance, I broke the diet with a bowl of muesli, but that’s not the point; the point is that I cant seem to be able to control my hunger.
