Well then...
Aug. 20th, 2005 02:58 pm... I suppose that this is the proverbial "it" - at least in terms of routine internet access, for the next 2 - 3 months. The packing is done, most of the things that I'd hoped to get arranged have been & um, its now just down to the waiting.
The flight is at 6pm, so I've got about 2 hours before I have to be 'airside', 30 minutes to prat around in the airport and 30 minutes to get to Leeds-Bradford, means that I've got to get out of here in, what? An hours time, by my thinking. Actually, here & now, I dont know why my stomach is churning quite so much - its either the thought of being away from the comforts of "home & friends", or its the fact that I'm gettig on a f**king airplane contraption. Bleh. I still loathe flying :o(
I'll try to remain in contact, but I dont know what GE's internet use policy is like, internet cafes are very expensive and I wont have any home access for a good while yet!
Anyway - Leeds (second time around) has been damn good fun & I'll miss each & every one of you.
Love to everyone
