May. 9th, 2006 09:00 pmWell, today was spent in an air-conditioned room sweating over statistics & swearing at a laptop. The course itself was challenging, but good, though the bl**dy machine I was given was so old that it probably needed to be wound up, or possibly have its coal banked up. To add insult to injury, I booked a decent laptops over 2 weeks ago, but when I went there to collect them today, I found out that the woman had actually crossed my name out in the logbook & given MY laptop to some other goit.
B*ll*cks.

Ok. I concede that randomly designing flags for places that don’t exist is a bit strange, but in my defence, it was done mainly because I was bored and was doodling some notes for my game, and, on checking the rest of the internet, they deserve something semi-decent – the other Republic of Australian flags are cr*p. Mine is much better.

EDIT: Lots of problems. Firstly the LJ-tags didn't want to work, then my machine crashed on my - literally sudden & complete "turned off-ness". I suspect that it might be overheating, but... irritating. And I also cant get the above link to a) work properly & display the flag, b) copy & paste from word, & c) you have to copy & paste the above link into your address bar. Chr1st knows whats going on here...

Aside from that, life is good. And here's a flag I cobbled together for the Republic of Australia
