Well, the general returns are now in a form where they can be sent out & people hopefully wont snort in derision at them but they have to be polished & tweaked & finally checked before I have confidence that they can be posted to the list. Poor old General Romanov. What a tragedy. (shakes head in pity, just to tweak Dan :-)
Back in the real world, my weight has crept back up to 85kg, which is only to expected given the sedentary life I’ve lead over the last 2 weeks & a bit (what can I say, its been month-end!) & the fact that I’ve been sat beside vast quantities of chocolate, of which, only impressively small amounts have been eaten. On one hand, I’m rather impressed that my weight has only gone up by between half and one kilos; on the other “dammit”. Still, its not a disaster...
Yet again C is flying off to spend another few days back in sunny Wakefield, leaving me on my tod with loads to do. Oh well. Perhaps I might even get on with some work. Perhaps.
In other news, C & I decided to use what was left of our bank holiday to go & see X-Men 3; it was good, but noticeably the weakest of the 3 films. ( Hidden behind a cut, just in case I spoil it. I don’t think I’m giving anything away if you’ve not seen it, but you have been warned )
