First off - I really enjoyed the episode; lots of references to previous episodes, lots of snappy diaglogue and lots & lots of 'plot' which is always good.
Some thoughts, coloured in white to protect you from random spoilers!
Rory was erased from existence - ergo, the only person who could have created him is the one person who remembered him, namely the Doctor. Presumably Rory is thus a secret asset planted in the assembled ranks of the doctors enemies to assist at an appropriate point.
Amy dead? No, I dont think so. Her life is just downright wrong - its too shallow, mainly revolving around a large house and no other adults running around. Also, there are several unexplained items specifically about her here - she didn't remember Daleks until she first encountered them, and then there is the sound of the Tardis materialising at the end of the first episode. One theory I had part of the way through the episode (probably proven wrong, but not necessarily), is that Amy is, herself, the Pandorica - not the Doc box. Also, Rory, when he first comes into the Tardis is not surprised, which sort of implies that he's been in it already.
Speaking of the Tardis, Who, or What, is controlling her? And why is the Tardis leaving cracks behind it? Yes, they're coming from the Tardis - presumably from the explosion - but she now seems to be behaving randomly for some reason. Very strange (also, íf RIver does destroy the Tardis, then no jokes about women drivers, please)
My conclusion about the overall plot is that, the more I think about it, the more I feel that the entire plot is a trap laid by the Doctor for his assembled enemies, rather than the other way round. A vast, multi-time-line double bluff.
Lastly, its entirely possible that this season finale will not resolve the action. It could all be saved for the next series - something they've never done before in Who.
In all, I believe that the best description of this episode would be 'cracking'
