A slightly better day
Its astonishing what working from home and a decent nights sleep will do for you, isn't it?
Of course, its still all hands to the pumps with respect to work, but just being at home with C takes the edge off my stress levels. Should something happen, then I'm immediately available, so I can relax a little.
Of course, the day has still had its ups & downs: whilst assembling my breakfast, I noted that the cat was demanding to be fed, so, interrupting my 'getting of breakfast' I washed her bowl & then poured her catfood into my cereal bowl. Neither of us were very impressed with this development!
