The excruciating headache that appeared late on Sunday night hasn't really lifted, despite everything, as such, I cancelled work and saw the doctor today. Aside from that, I've had about 15 hours extra sleep.

Still no progress on the 'getting rid of the headache' front, but the pain has dropped from its 'please kill me' levels. Work tomorrow is questionable - but I might go in & see how I feel as I dont want to be off through an odd sense of misplaced loyalty.
