Mondays weigh in.
Jul. 11th, 2005 08:09 am...83 and a bit kilos a reduction. SO call it 83 and a half, which means that I've definitely lost half a kilo since last Monday by eating more at controlled times & thus eaten less snacks. I dont think the weight loss is sustainable without doing some exercise, but even so, its progress. I also think that the weight loss would have been more without the 5 bottles of beer yesterday, or the 4 on Friday night, but hey! I'm not made of stone, you know!
No news about the job yet though. Should find out some time today (allegedly) - but I dont advise anyone to hold their breath; they normally say "we'll let you know by x", but dont. In fact, x usually comes & goes with nary a word from the agency & then, at some distant point in the future, they call you back about another role - and when you question them about the role you went for 6 months ago they tend to adopt a slightly stunned-yet-dopey expression and mutter something inane like "oh, didn't we tell you?"...
