Apparently its Tuesday
Sep. 12th, 2006 12:26 pmI went out with Caroles Uncle & Aunt & grandfather last night & came home sloshed. I’m a little worse for wear even now & frankly I’m not really looking forward to the rest of the day.
Possibly because of this, I had some truly bizarre dreams last night – one of which remains with me as it was in full flow when the alarm went off; I was watching a Japanese cooking program and the narrative was (presumably) in Japanese, with occasional Japanese characters flashing & blinking on the screen in lurid purple as I watched. The cooking itself was a sort of nouvelle wok-experience, where everything being cooked was white, on a black background; rice, onion, fish, mushrooms, coconut, cauliflower and so on. Disturbing.
In other news, I need to speak with Mavis’s housemate; Saruman_2010. Could you get my number off Mave & give me a bell or email? Its about the demo CD you gave me – my sister (the aforementioned band promoter in Manchester) is interested & has questions which I need to answer…
