Childrens Ranking Tables

Just read the report on the Uk coming bottom of the league table in terms of children growing up. I decided to do a bit more research & found the link to the UNICEF website:

Aside from it showing the Netherlands at the top of the table! (Every day I appreciate this country more! Except for the language), it also shows that the 'subjective wellbeing' for children in the USA is simply not registered. 

I wonder why?
