New dentist, please

Back from the dentists, and they seem to have done a fairly good job of the tooth.

On the other hand, their customer service *sucked*. On phoning for my appointment, I enquired about would there be someone there to look after my son, whilst I'm with the dentist? Yes, of course, no problem, all part of the service. Oh good, glad thats sorted then.

So I go for my apoointment, taking D with me, and to cut a longish story short, I ended up having to hold a screaming, wriggling child on my chest, whilst the dentist was drilling away in my mouth.

I'm pretty seriously p1ssed off about the entire thing, if I'm honest.
