not catching any breaks.
Mar. 1st, 2019 12:36 pmAnother day
Yesterday I was relatively chipper - I had rather assumed that the Coasta amendment meant that C & I would be protected in the event of a no deal (C's healthcare & general residency rights - my professional qualification).
Sadly, it turns out that I was premature in my hopes and the Commission has ruled it out, on the basis that such an agreement would mean that the negotiations had failed. Apparently, the various expat groups are appealing to the EU president to get this sorted, but its a long shot.
So we're back to square 1. Complete with stress levels.
